Our Loyalty Club offers customers the opportunity to earn reward points every time a purchase is made through our website.  These points can then be used to save you money when you next purchase.

Simple to use, reward points are earned every time you spend and are redeemable at checkout.

How do I sign up for the loyalty club?

Simply open an account with Garden Selections to start earning reward points.  You can do this by selecting ‘My Account’ on the top navigation bar.  Select ‘Register’ to set up an account and enter your details.

 

 

How do I earn reward points?

You will begin earning points on your very first order.  Because you can earn points every time you shop, your rewards soon add up. It’s the easy way to treat yourself, your garden and your wildlife. To make sure your order qualifies, you need to be logged in before you check out.

 

 

What are the points worth? 

For every £2 you spend, you will receive 1 point.  Each point is worth 10p.  So, if you spend £100, you will receive 50 points worth £5 to spend on your next order. *

 

 

Can I earn Reward Points on every product?

Yes, you can earn Reward Points on any product that we sell, as long as your total spend is more than £2 (exclusive of delivery costs). *

 

 

How many points do I need to get an item for free?

On every item listing, just below the product price, you can see the total number of points needed to purchase that product.  You can then check in your account to see how many points you have earned. *

 

 

How do I know how many points I will earn when I buy a product?

You will earn 1 point for every £2 of the purchase price.  So, if a product you purchase is worth £10, you will earn 5 points.  The total amount of points you earn will be calculated on the total amount that you spend.  So, if your order basket is for a total of £20, you will earn 10 points.

 

How can I see the points I have earned?

Simply log into your Garden Selections account and select 'Reward Points' on the left hand navigation bar.  You will be able to see how many points you have accumulated and the date that they were awarded.

 

 

When are points allocated to my account?

When your order has been marked as 'Complete' by our Customer Experience Team, the Reward Points will be allocated and visible in your account.  You will then receive an email to confirm how many points you have earned.

 

When can I redeem my points?

You can choose to use your points on your next order or save them to help with a bigger purchase.

 

 

Is there a minimum spend for redeeming my points?

No, there is no minimum spend to qualify for redeeming your points.

 

 

How do I assign Reward Points to my order?

At Checkout, underneath the Payment Method options, you will see a grey box with a star that states 'Enter reward points to use'.  It will also tell you the maximum number of points you would need to pay for your entire order and the number of points that you have available.  Simply, click on this box, enter the number of points you would like to use and click the green button that states 'Use Reward Points'.  The points and discount will then be applied to your order total.
