Garden Selections is an established family run business based in Dorset and we work hard to build good customer relationships. We are committed to continually improving our standard of customer service and use Feefo every day to gain an insight into how how our products are performing and how our customers feel about the service they are receiving.
We are delighted to have achieved the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Award for many years, in recognition of delivering consistently excellent customer service. Since 2019, we are even more delighted to have been consistently awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award!
This award is available only to companies that achieve three consecutive years of Gold award-level customer ratings and recognises the highest levels of service-excellence, as rated by real customers.
This award is tough to win and based on consistantly superb customer feedback. We'd therefore like to say a huge 'THANK YOU' to all our customers who gave us such great feedback!
We take our customer's Data Protection very seriously and can confirm that Feefo only gathers consumer data to act on behalf of the merchant (data controller) as a data process or under the Data Protection Act to gather feedback about their products and services for merchant use. They do not gather consumer data for the purpose of marketing and do not approach consumers to prospect for business. All data obtained by Feefo is secure and held in the UK at an ISO 27001 accredited data centre.
Our website also features a dedicated Review system. Every product features a Review tab next to the Description and Delivery tabs, which allows our customers to post reviews for their purchased product. We constantly monitor these Reviews in the same way that we monitor Feefo, which helps us to keep abreast of our customer's needs and make changes to our product range and customer service accordingly.
